The Valuations Office is reported to be currently revaluing all retail, commercial and industrial properties in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown area.

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Inspections have now concluded and new valuation certificates are expected to issued this month. After issuance of the new certificates there are strict timelines open to businesses to act and/or appeal before the new valuations become final.

The Sandyford Business Estates Association (SBEA) have announced details of an affinity scheme for its members who may wish to avail of professional advice in appealing new valuations. The SBEA have advised anyone concerned about their liability for rates to contact them directly or an experienced Rating Consultant for advice.
