Blogs, forums and professional networking sites are increasingly being used to 'push' specific job vacancies to potential candidates.

Vantage Resources have launched their new iPhone App which is available to download free from the itunes store. The App allows potential candidates to create and manage their own profile allowing them to tailor the job information they want to receive based on their specific skill set, location and job requirement. Once a job matching the individuals' details comes available the Vantage recruiters will update the candidate by sending text and video clip details to the candidate's iPhone.
