THE OPERATORS of a south Dublin creche have secured a temporary High Court injunction that allows them access to their premises.
Fun Fitness which leased and shared its premises from theTotal Fitness chain of gyms, sought orders from the court after finding itself, without warning, locked out of its premises on Thursday.
Fun Fitness, which claimed that its business would be seriously damaged as a consequence of being locked out, secured a number of interim injunctions against the company which runs the gyms, Centre Operators Ltd.
The injunctions include that the defendants restore Fun Fitness's right to access to the premises.They were granted by Ms Justice Mary Laffoy, on an ex parte basis.
