Respond Housing Scheme breaks ground in Sandyford

Respond, an Approved Housing Body, has commenced construction of 200 apartment beside the M50 in Sandyford for local authority housing list tenants.

The scheme is being funded through Department of Housing Cost Rental Equity Loan (CREL) and Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) finance, alongside loans from the Housing Finance Agency.

The Lisieux Hall mixed tenure development on Murphystown Road provides for 67 cost rental apartments and 133 social apartments.

The 133 social apartments will be allocated to people from the Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council housing waiting list. The new homes are scheduled for delivery between Q4-2024 and Q1-2025.
