Rosemont After School launches its 2013 summer camp programme

Rosemont After School Sandyford, which caters for local children from first class up, is launching its 2013 summer camp programme. Based in the brand new After School facility (which opened last year) the camps promise to offer children a fun packed summer, full of fun activities in a warm and safe environment.

The summer schedule starts the first week of July, and runs for 6 weeks catering for children aged 7-12 years.  Activities for this summer include; cooking & baking, arts & crafts, a variety of sports including basketball/tennis/badminton and volleyball, orienteering, nature walks, day excursions, games and much much more!

Camps will be open from 10am-3pm, priced at €100 per week, with an option available for early drop off and late collection. Discounts are also available for siblings and/or multiple week bookings.

Jennifer McPhail, Co-ordinator Manager of the After School said: "Following on from the launch of our dedicated After School service last year, we have decided to open up a full schedule of summer activities for 2013.  We know that parents can find it difficult keeping their children busy over the long summer break, so we have set up a facility to try and help that.  Our camp programme at Rosemont believes in enriching children's lives through a variety of fun activities. The summer camp is a great opportunity for local children to spend their summer holidays in an exciting way, taking advantage of the fantastic facilities on offer at Rosemont."

Rosemont After School was established in 2012 to cater for the needs of local working parents with school going children, from 1st class up, in Sandyford and the surrounding areas.  The philosophy of the After School programme, organised by Rosemont, is to provide children with quality after school and holiday supervision, in a warm and safe environment by enriching their lives through a variety of fun and academic activities.  The programme is run in a unique, fun, safe, stimulating and personal manner in which your child always comes first.
