The Boulevard was developed by the Fleming Group now controlled by Nama. The EZ shop extends to 3,025sq m (32,561sq ft) and is next to Aldi. The new tenant will pay rent of about €185,000 under a 20-year lease with tenant break options. There will also be a 12 months rent-free period in lieu of fit-out works.
The new branch is expected to be opening in late November, with plenty of time left for Christmas Shopping !
