A consultation application is currently being considered by An Bord Pleanála in relation to this development. The consultation application is to expand on the 460 apartments permitted to have 575 Build to Rent apartments.
The development is expected to include 92 one bedroom, 303 two bedroom and 64 three bedroom dwellings in six 5 to 14 storey blocks.
Along with this, development works of a two level basement providing 454 car parking spaces and 516 bicycle parking spaces, the construction of 2 new vehicular accesses and landscaped courtyards and an internal pedestrian boulevard connecting to the existing boulevard in the Rockbrook development are included in the plans.
