Logicalis Ireland predicts Microsoft partnership to generate €10M in revenue over next three years.

Logicalis Ireland, the IT Solutions and Managed Services provider, today announces that it predicts its Microsoft partnership to generate an estimated €10 million in managed service revenue for the business over the next three years.

As one of Microsoft’s fastest-growing partners in Ireland, Logicalis expects to see significant growth in the areas of cloud and security.

In particular, driving this rapid growth will be LogiGuard, Logicalis’ proposition which combines core technology from Microsoft Azure to deliver an integrated, cloud-based security managed service. Already, this offering is being utilised by companies in the e-commerce, fintech and retail sectors.

Through LogiGuard, Logicalis Ireland provides a strategic and scalable approach to cloud-hosted security managed services for businesses – incorporating consultancy, assessment, design, integration and management.

Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, LogiGuard provides a clear, single and centralised interface for companies to view and manage the multiple functions of security across their environment. As well as streamlining the management of IT, the service helps to reduces cyber-risk through real-time threat prediction, detection, remediation and prevention.

Logicalis Ireland also delivers aligned Microsoft propositions which help companies to automate processes, support cloud adoption and realise business value. Its portfolio, which includes cloud readiness and security assessments, is also supported by global centres of excellence and 24/7 support capabilities.

The Logicalis Group, which spans 27 countries and generates approximately $1.7 billion in revenue, has invested millions in expanding its Microsoft business. Ireland native Mick McNeil was recently hired from Microsoft, where he spent the previous 10 years, to lead Logicalis’ global Microsoft business as Vice President of Business Development.

The Irish operation continues to invest in this area of the business with a number of senior hires in the division in recent times. New members of the team include Seamus Flynn (Cloud Business Development Director), Daniel Tavares (Cloud Enablement Specialist) and Winston Heeren (Senior Technical Consultant).

Simon Sharkey, Cloud & Hybrid IT Practice Lead, Logicalis Ireland, said:
“The challenge many Irish businesses face is finding the necessary cloud and security expertise in a single provider. We solve this very issue, having developed an integrated and programmatic approach which enables businesses to avail of these services together and benefit from end-to-end implementation, from assessment to optimisation.

“Our unique offering enables our customers to meet both their cloud and security requirements, thus driving their digital transformation journeys. It is not a case of simply rolling out the latest technologies, these solutions and strategies must simplify, modernise, secure and innovate operations – delivering peace of mind and helping business growth.  In the world we are now living in, defined by accelerated digitisation and hybrid models, success will come down to agility.”

Aisling Curtis, Commercial Director, Microsoft Ireland, said: “Logicalis is part of an elite group of just 100 partners globally which have achieved the Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) status and our relationship with the company has never been stronger. What sets Logicalis apart as a partner is the fact that the team is always looking to add to its best-in-class offering, implement strategic solutions for the market and delivering even more value for customers.”
