Bibby Financial Services Ireland are delighted to be nominated as finalists for the FS Awards in two categories this year!
The FS Awards recognise leaders and industry change-makers in the financial services community in Ireland and celebrates excellence and reinvention within the sector. We have been chosen as finalists in the Specialist Lender category and Customer Experience category – two elements of our business that we take a lot of pride in.
The Specialist Lender category recognises the creative use of finance for businesses in an innovative, niche way. At Bibby Financial Services we offer tailored accessible funding options specifically for SMEs in Ireland, such as Invoice Financing for a range of scenarios, including new equipment purchase, growth and expansion, management buy-ins and buy-outs, refinancing, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Being nominated in this category highlights our commitment to providing our Irish SMEs with funding options that are suited to their specific needs.
As our customers are our number one priority, being a finalist in the Customer Experience category is also a really significant achievement for the company, particularly while we globally celebrated Customer Month in September at Bibby Financial Services.
This category recognises financial services companies that have a customer-centric approach that satisfies their needs in all elements. We do this every day as we really value hearing from our customers to find out what they require to thrive and reach their goals.
We achieve this by carrying out regular surveys to hear directly from the customers, whether it’s face-to-face or online. Our Relationship Management teams connect personally with our customers to help them achieve their goals, working hand-in-hand with them and relying on our robust risk management process.
We’re also delighted that customer loyalty is continually growing – with a 100% client satisfaction rate for our services, 92% of our customers saying they will be with us for the next 12 months and a Net Promoter Score of +61. We use NPS to monitor and identify areas of improvement, measure the effectiveness of our existing tools and services, and build lasting relationships with our customers.
As a result, we’re very proud to be attending the FS Awards in the Mansion House in Dublin on October 26th to mark these significant achievements and say thank you to the wonderful Bibby Financial Services team and the fantastic clients who choose us as their financial provider.
