Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council lifts embargo on Sanyford developments

This means property values for frustrated developers could increase by up to €800,000 per acre for warehouse properties.

At the peak of the property boom developers were paying around €20m per acre for warehouse properties in Sandyford and, in at least one case, as much as €25m per acre.

Since then the value of these properties is estimated to have fallen to less than €4m per acre.
