Rain holds up England victory bid

CHESTER-LE-STREET, England (Reuters) - West Indies had moved on to 129 for three in their second innings when rain forced the players off the field on the final day of the second test against England on Monday.

The touring side, who resumed on 115 for three, still need 130 runs to make England bat again.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul was unbeaten on 27 and Lendl Simmons on seven.

England lead the two-test series 1-0.
